I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. My cousin joined me at the last minute, I was able to upgrade my room with ease and pay the difference upon arrival. The location is very central and within walking distance from almost all the attractions and there are a variety of restaurants within a 1km walk. I felt safe walking around in the evenings. The staff are friendly and accommodating. our room got serviced daily which made us feel exceptionally comfortable. The amenities matched everything that was advertised. They also had harder pillows in the cupboard if you prefer a harder pillow to a soft one which was particularly nice. I felt very safe as a female traveller. I would definitely stay here again

Nice location in the upper town, 5 mins walk to botanical gardens one way, Palace park (and metro) the other, 10 mins to central station, Palace, Matisse and musical instruments museums, 15 mins walk to Grand Place but with many interesting shops and things before then. 2 mins to a tram stop on the same road, likewise convenience stores. Rooms were fine, staff helpful, shower very good, didn’t try the breakfast, hotel itself wasn’t busy. There’s a street of restaurants 3 mins walk away, our favourite breakfast spot was Cafe Leopold at the end of that street, opposite a Paul.

I was in a room on the 8th floor, and one entire wall was a window, meaning there was a lot of light coming into the room, unlike in many hotels. Although a single room, the room was of a very good size as was the bed, and all the furniture seemed new. The staff members were all lovely and super helpful. There was a kettle in the room with coffee and a good choice of teas. The air conditioning worked well and was not too noisy. The hotel is in a nice and convenient location, with good public transport options.

Clean and comfortable hotel in good location although I suggest a cab from train station. Even though it’s only a 15 minute walk, it’s mostly uphill and uneven cobblestone, plus construction. I was upgraded and room had a separate sitting area. Bead was comfortable although I’m not a fan of the pillows. Two blocks away is a great restaurant called City Garden and the pavé de salmon was excellent and reasonably priced. Hotel is in easy walking or tram distance from most major tourist sites. Highly recommend.

I best western quality adapted to the city center. I am used to more spacious and luxurious facilities in Best Western Hotels in general. In this case, as it is in the city centre, some compromises are necessary. Spacious rooms, clean, quiet (except from the heating system which you must turn off during the night otherwise the fan won't let you sleep). Most stuff were friendly, especially the gentleman at the breakfast in the morning (who is friendly and talkative).
